Terms of Use

Last updated 27 July 2026. These terms explain the limited role of CarBikeRent.com as a vehicle-rental comparison service.

1. Accepting these terms

By using CarBikeRent.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You may use the site for personal or legitimate business rental research, provided that you comply with applicable law and these terms.

These terms apply to the website and its comparison pages. A provider's separate terms apply when you leave CarBikeRent.com and use that provider's website or services.

2. Comparison service only

CarBikeRent.com helps visitors discover and compare third-party vehicle listings. We do not supply the vehicle, act as the provider's agent, accept booking payments, or become a party to a rental agreement between you and a provider.

The provider is responsible for confirming availability, setting the final price and terms, collecting any required documents or payments, handing over the vehicle, and providing support for the rental.

3. Listing information and external links

Prices, availability, images, specifications, pickup details, and other listing information may change, be incomplete, or contain errors. We do not guarantee that information is current, accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular trip. You must verify all material details with the provider before paying.

Links to provider websites are provided for convenience and to make the source clear. Those websites are controlled by their operators and are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. A link does not mean that CarBikeRent.com controls, endorses, or guarantees the provider or its services.

4. Your rental decision

You are responsible for deciding whether a vehicle and provider are appropriate for your needs. Before booking, review the provider's rental agreement, eligibility requirements, insurance or damage terms, deposit policy, cancellation policy, fuel or charging rules, usage limits, and local legal requirements.

Do not rely on a comparison page as a substitute for a provider's current terms or for professional legal, insurance, safety, or travel advice.

5. Provider transactions and responsibility

Any booking, payment, refund, cancellation, insurance claim, vehicle damage issue, delay, accident, or dispute is between you and the relevant provider. Nothing on CarBikeRent.com replaces the provider's rental agreement or your obligation to review it.

If you need help with an existing booking, contact the provider named in your confirmation. CarBikeRent.com cannot access or amend provider bookings.

6. Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the site, attempt to access restricted systems, introduce harmful code, use automated tools to scrape or overload the service at scale without permission, or use site content in a misleading, unlawful, or infringing way.

We may take reasonable steps to protect the service, investigate misuse, or limit access where necessary to protect users, providers, or the site.

7. Intellectual property and feedback

The CarBikeRent.com name, site design, original text, and other original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them beyond what the law permits without permission.

If you send feedback or a listing correction, you allow us to use it to operate, improve, or correct the service without an obligation to compensate you. This does not take away any rights you may have in your own original material.

8. Availability, liability, and changes

We provide CarBikeRent.com on an “as available” basis and may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the site. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses resulting from a provider listing, provider website, booking decision, rental transaction, or site interruption.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
