How we handle listing data and price information.

A page on CarBikeRent.com is a comparison record based on information supplied by, or linked to, an original provider listing. It is designed to help you discover an option and understand its broad details before you visit the provider's site.

It is not a live booking confirmation, a vehicle inspection, or a replacement for the provider's contract. Providers control their inventory, booking flow, final terms, and current availability. A vehicle can be booked, repriced, edited, or removed after we collect information from the source.

Each vehicle page identifies its source provider and links to the original listing. We use source-supplied vehicle details, location information, images, and rates to make comparisons easier, while keeping the route back to the business that supplies the vehicle clear.

We do not treat a provider source as permission to invent missing details. When a field is absent, unclear, or does not pass our validation checks, it may be omitted or displayed as unavailable. This helps avoid presenting guesses as facts.

A listed daily rate is a comparison signal, not a quote for every date. We display a daily rate only when the supplied value passes our current validation range. A value that is missing, non-numeric, zero, or above ₹10,000 per day is treated as unverified and shown as “Price on request.” It is not included in page titles, descriptions, price summaries, or Product offer markup.

This guardrail is intended to catch obvious unit or feed errors. It does not guarantee that a displayed price is the final amount you will pay. Taxes, delivery, deposits, insurance, usage limits, demand, rental duration, and your selected dates can all affect the provider's final total.

Rental data can produce more than one record for the same destination. When records point to the same provider destination and describe the same vehicle, city, vehicle type, and pickup area, we retain a single canonical comparison page and redirect duplicate URLs to it.

This matching process is deliberately conservative: similar vehicles are not automatically identical vehicles. A duplicate can still slip through, especially when a source changes its wording or photos. If you find one, report both page links so we can review the context.

Where the source information allows it, a listing page shows when the source was last checked. That date tells you when we last had a basis for the displayed comparison data; it does not tell you that the vehicle is still available at this moment.

We update a page's sitemap modification date when its underlying listing data changes. Sitemap dates help search engines discover updated pages, but they are not live-inventory signals. Before paying, always follow the original listing and confirm the specific dates and requirements with the provider.
