The provider can confirm the live price, availability, payment, driver documents, pickup arrangements, extension, cancellation, and refund terms. They are also the right contact if the vehicle is delayed, damaged, unavailable, or already in your possession.

CarBikeRent.com cannot view, change, cancel, or access a provider booking because it is completed on the provider's website. If you have a booking reference, payment receipt, or a question about the provider's contract, share it with the provider—not with us.

We welcome reports about apparent errors on CarBikeRent.com. This includes a wrong daily rate, outdated pickup location, broken provider link, duplicate vehicle, missing context, or a listing that appears to no longer be active.

Please include the CarBikeRent.com vehicle URL, the detail that looks incorrect, and a link or short note showing the current source information. Specific reports make it easier for us to investigate and correct or remove affected data where appropriate.

Email is not the place for payment details or identity documents. Do not send a card number, bank information, driving-licence image, government ID, password, booking confirmation with sensitive data, or other personal documents to us.

If the provider asks for documents as part of its booking process, use the provider's own secure process and read its privacy notice. CarBikeRent.com does not need those documents to review a listing correction.
